Sea-Aire, Incorporated was founded in 1980 by John McCurry and two partners. Based on the simple idea of providing quality heating and cooling service at a fair price, the trio enjoyed early success by providing quality, systematic preventative maintenance and fast response times.

As time progressed, John acquired complete ownership of Sea-Aire, Inc. Under his direction the company blossomed into a full service HVAC contractor, still offering maintenance and service, but also performing new construction installations, equipment upgrades, complete mechanical systems, and design/build services through all of this John has maintained the company’s foundation of providing quality, customer oriented service.
